Griddlecakes Recipe

  • 450 g All Purpose Flour

  • 20 g Baking Powder

  • 10 g Salt

  • 10 g Sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 3 cups milk

 Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in mixing bowl.  Mix the ingredients well and then sift into another mixing bowl.

Add eggs and milk and mix well until batter is smooth.

Allow the batter to rise for about 10-15 minutes before refrigeration.

Cook the griddlecakes on medium to high heat using unsalted butter on your grill or no-stick pan.  Flip them when bubbles are begin to show on the uncooked side of the griddlecake.
