Ginger Crackle
Cookies
(makes 3 dozen)
Ingredients:
Method:

have
all dry ingredients sifted together

cream
butter & sugar until light, scrape down sides of bowl with a
spatula, add molasses and egg, mix until incorporated, scrape down
sides, with mixer on low add in dry ingredients and mix until
incorporated

scoop
dough by tablespoon and drop into a bowl with granulated sugar, after
dough balls are covered with sugar place on a cookie sheet, lined with
parchment paper, about 2 inches apart, bake at 325 degrees about 10
minutes, until golden brown, make sure to rotate trays half way
through baking

allow
to cool and enjoy!
- cookies store well at room
temperature in a sealed container for several days or freeze in a
sealed container for several weeks.
