Sweet
Pepper, Corn and Grilled Chicken Chowder
Mix butter and flour. Bring stock and milk to a boil, reduce heat and
simmer. Whisk in butter and flour mix.
In
a soup pot, sear onions, garlic, corn and peppers, in olive oil.
Add
white wine, chili pepper, salt and pepper.
Stir
in stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add
small-diced chicken and parsley.
Serve
and Enjoy!
